Where We Cut, Where We Sew

Klaks is designed in Bengaluru and cut and sewn in Tirupur, one of India's oldest textile hubs. We chose it deliberately — not for the lowest cost, but because the mills there have generations of experience with heavy cotton, the kind most global brands have moved away from.

Every garment passes through the same small unit: cutting, stitching, washing, and quality check, all under one roof. No fabric changes hands between five different subcontractors before it becomes a hoodie. That's how we catch flaws before they leave the building, and how we keep the weight and finish consistent across 1,200 units instead of just the first 50.

It's slower. It's smaller. It's also the only way we know how to make something we'd wear ourselves.
