Every Klaks hoodie starts at 240gsm and our heaviest pieces run up to 420gsm — nearly double what most "premium" labels use. It's not for the sake of a number. Heavier cotton holds its shape wash after wash, ages instead of thinning out, and feels like something built to survive years, not seasons.

We source it from mills in Tirupur that have worked with heavyweight cotton for decades. Every batch is tested for shrinkage and colour retention before it touches a single garment.

It costs more to make. It costs more to ship. We think it's worth it.
