Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging or tags.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item passes our quality inspection, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
