BESTIARY PLATES®

Long-sleeved top in 240 GSM waffled cotton-blend jersey, cut boxy and generous through the body with dropped shoulders and a straight hem. Deep onyx black throughout, sleeve to hem.
The chest is left clean. The work runs down the arms instead — a vertical column of small white figures set one above the other from shoulder to cuff, both sleeves. Eagles caught mid-strike, hounds at full stretch, horses reared and running, birds breaking off the line. Each one drawn in fine hatched linework, the way an engraver's plate reads: no fill, no solid mass, form built entirely from stroke density. Spaced loose down the sleeve so the column reads as a sequence rather than a pattern — closer to a naturalist's specimen page than a repeat print.
The print is worked into the waffle rather than laid over it: white pigment sinks between the raised ribs, breaks across the texture, and wears down the way a decades-old press run does. No plastic hand, no flat sheet — it moves with the cloth.
Rib-trimmed round neckline, ribbed cuffs, straight-cut hem. Oversized cut for an easy drape with room to layer.
